When we started out, there was no interest among anyone in being a part of the music business. Now, we get an average of 10 resumes a week and we love the fact that most of them are under 25.

OML is a fairly new company and we have limited requirements for full-time staff. But we are in a constant state of hiring, because, as it works with our artists, we can never say no to exceptional talent.

Write to us about what you’d like to do, which areas you’d be interested in (there’s a fair amount of information the site about things we do).

Most importantly, write to us about why you love music and why’d you like to be in the business of promoting it.

Internships at OML ::

If you are looking for a crash course in the music industry, we are probably the right guys to intern with. We are open to college students, senior citizens, retired army officials, ex-major music label people - almost anyone who wants to be involved with the music business and wants to know more about it. There is no shortage of projects at OML and we can find something that you will be passionate about.

PS : We are currently looking for college kids who’d like to work 2-3 month projects. We need you to be obsessed with internet, web 2.0, facebook (that’s easy), twitter, social media, pearl jam (ok, that’s just personal preference, but still). You can work from home @ an average of 3-4 hours of a day.

Some basic graphic and html skills will be a bonus, but not a necessity.
