Flipkart, India’s largest E-commerce player had revised its return policy in the fashion category and wanted to drive this communication home. In association with OML, Flipkart created a four-part video series with popular content creators to capture the core messaging. The creators included popular stand-up comedians Varun Thakur, Urooj Ashfaq and online and web series stars Sheeba Chaddha & Dolly Singh.
The series is a romantic comedy with each episode about 45-50 seconds long and puts forth tiny snippets of conversations between the couple and the Mother-Daughter duo in different hilarious settings. Along with the Flipkart social channels, the videos were also distributed on the artist’s handles to maximize reach and further strengthen the association.
