We partnered with Lebanon’s biggest culinary creator Daddy Foody to help bring alive Dewar’s #LiveTrue messaging. This unconventional series saw Daddy Foody profile some of Lebanon’s undiscovered chefs while simultaneously kicking up a gastronomical storm with them.

In 2017, Dewar’s tasked us with personifying its #LiveTrue messaging through the lens of culinary content. The essence of Living True is to be true to one’s passions and dreams and Daddy Foody, Lebanon’s biggest digital culinary personality, fit this description to the tee.
Together with Daddy Foody we developed ‘Chase the taste’, a series where Daddy Foody meets the best culinary talent to come out of Lebanon. The audience gets a taste of the chef’s journey of following their passions and living their dreams in this cut-throat industry.
Dewar’s were successful in building a culinary association for their brand through a creator who embodied their spirit of Living True through his own life story
These stories and anecdotes were cleverly interwoven into the narrative of the show and interspersed with what we call in the business as ‘money shots’ of them showing off their culinary skills. The mouth-watering shots of food preparation and the stories were seasoned with Daddy Foody’s trademark humor making the series a well rounded entertaining package for the audience.
Brahms AKA Daddy Foody is a serial entrepreneur, who spent the last 20 years of his life building almost 30 start-ups in fields ranging from gaming and online publishing to hospitality investment, interior decoration, luxury lifestyle management and motorsports.
But it was with food that he found his true calling. He fully devoted himself to his passion and developed his online culinary alter ego of Daddy Foody; one of Lebanon’s biggest food bloggers and brightest culinary content creators. A high point in his journey was when he won ‘Best Blogger Award’ at the ‘World Influencers and Bloggers Award Cannes 2019’.
