With the rise of smartphones and cheap internet across markets like India, there has been an increase in popularity for OTT content and short-form videos across the country. And while Zomato is a new entrant in the gigantic OTT market, they already have a base of 80 million active users. And with the launch of these food shows, Zomato intends to stay as ruler of the Food content market.
