Heavily influenced by Western culture and traditions, there’s nothing Filipinos enjoy celebrating more than Halloween. People all over the country get a hold of the spookiest outfits and celebrate all night with their friends. And what better way to celebrate than with some of the most promising musicians combined with Manila’s biggest vlogger collective, Vlog Squad?
Leading vloggers came together to organize their very own, Halloween-themed Bacardi House Party Sessions – a fun-filled evening attended by the Philippines’ vlogger community that included popular names such as Jako De Leon, Bret Maverick, Issa Pressman and more. The house party also included a surprise performance by famous Filipino band, Ransom Collective. The House Party was a precursor to the mega Halloween event hosted by Bacardi with the most popular bars in Manila.
Baninay Bautista and Angel Dei, two of Philippines’ biggest YouTube vloggers, took their fans through a journey right from organizing the House Party for the vlogger friends to attending the Halloween event dressed up as their favourite characters. In true Filipino style, the event was one of the biggest nights of the year with participating bars serving halloween-themed Bacardi cocktails all night with over 4,200 people attending the event.
