Bacardi’s first-ever global music property, Bacardi House Party Sessions, brought together the biggest names in the music industry across 5 different countries to support promising talent and fuel their growth in the music industry.
In Thailand, music is the most consumed genre of content and has made a colossal impact on the youth of the country. To deepen that impact, we launched Bacardi House Party Sessions in Thailand to give upcoming musicians a platform to showcase their talent with the help of established musicians in the country.
For this, we worked with Note P, one of Thailand’s most influential and loved musicians, as a mentor for honing the talent, and Bill Billy, Thailand’s biggest cover artist. Together they set out to find Thailand’s next big artist and released a video asking aspiring musicians to send in their entries for a chance to make their own music videos to be hosted on Billy’s YouTube channel.
We received an overwhelming response and identified some incredible talent such as Jazdrops and Cut The Crab and released tracks with them. This foray into supporting upcoming musicians and helping them get mentorship from established artists, integrated Bacardi deeper into Thailand’s pop culture as a brand that’s supportive of the performing arts community.
