2017 and 2018

In 2017, Bacardi wanted to build a property that would help identify and give break to independent musicians, who weren’t represented by a music label. We did a call out for upcoming musicians to share their top house party tracks and that is how we came across Ritviz.
While there were some online talent hunts out there, none as innovative and effective as the Bacardi House Party Sessions. The hunt, which was led by electronic music giant Nucleya, and amplified by AIB, led to some great finds in the Indian electronic scene. However, it was young Ritviz’s electro-bolly-dance hit Udd Gaye that made the country sit up and take notice of a different art form that had only existed in small pubs so far. Ritviz was the find of the search – and currently has more than 100 million views on his music releases

As of today, the song Udd Gaye which is the first track we launched with him stands at 55 million+ views. On account of our efforts of growing Ritviz as an artist, he has become one of the leading names in Hindustani EDM music. Bacardi is now seen as the enabler & discoverer of new music talent in the country. Owing to the success in India,  Bacardi House Party Sessions migrated to other markets like Thailand, Philippines, UAE and South Africa as well enabling discovery of talent globally
